Embedding the web widget allows the AI-generated assistant you’ve built to appear in any of your company’s web pages.
Steps to embed web widget:
- Within the Web Widget dashboard, the widget code panel will be on your right.
- Select the ‘Use last setting’ dropdown and select ‘Default (Production)’.
- Copy and paste the script in the Embed Code box your website’s script to embed the virtual assistant.
