Welcome to the KeyReply Customer Support Portal User Guide.

We will be using this portal to streamline our issue reporting process, and most importantly, to keep our issue resolving process transparent to our valued customers. You may use this portal report bugs or issues, suggest features, or seek technical support.

You should have received an email inviting you to join the support portal. Please activate your account to log in. If you did not receive the email invite in your inbox, please check the spam/junk folder, or reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manager.
