Filter by Chat Tags or Chat Source

For when agents would like to search and refer to past chats already organized by chat tags or study chats based on chat source if the virtual assistant is on multiple web pages or platforms.

Steps to filter by tag:

Assumption:

Chats have already been tagged as per the Queued Chats Section 

  1. Click the “+ Filter” button located at the top of the dashboard.
  2. Select the “Filter by tag name” dropdown. The whole list of tags will appear. 
  3. Select any tag to activate the search.

Steps to filter by chat source:

  1. Click the “+ Filter” button located at the top of the dashboard.
  2. Select the “Filter by chat source” dropdown. The whole list of chat sources will appear. 
  3. Select any source to activate the search.
