Live chats can be organized by adding tags to each conversation. This is helpful in particular while reviewing chat logs
How is this useful?
Helps agents keep track of the problems that users face and is particularly useful when reviewing chatlogs since the dashboard allows filtering chats by tags.
Steps to tag live chat:
- Open a chat you would like to tag.
- You can tag the chat by clicking on the ‘+ New Tag’ button.
