Editing the User’s Details

In the article, you will learn how to edit the user’s details.

Steps to editing a user’s details:

  1. Select Access Control on the side tab, and click on Users.
  2. Select the user whose details you would like to edit.  You may set the name of the agent under Name, as well as edit the user role if necessary.

  3. Click ‘Save Changes’ once you are done making the changes.
